Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Service Commitment & Cancellation Notice

Our SEO and digital marketing services are provided on a monthly, ongoing basis and require continuous work, including strategy development, implementation, and optimization.

Clients may cancel services at any time by providing a minimum of 30 days’ written notice via email to our official support address.

The 30-day notice period begins on the date the cancellation request is received.


2. Billing & Payments

All services are billed on a monthly basis.

  • During the 30-day notice period, one final billing cycle will apply
  • No further charges will be made after the notice period ends
  • All fees are charged in advance for the upcoming service period

3. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital marketing and SEO services:

  • All payments are non-refundable once work has commenced
  • No refunds will be issued for partially used service periods
  • If a cancellation request is submitted, services will continue until the end of the notice period

4. Scope of Services

Our services may include, but are not limited to:

  • Search engine optimization (SEO)
  • Google Maps optimization
  • Paid advertising campaign management
  • Website optimization and technical improvements
  • Content development and keyword strategy

Specific deliverables, timelines, and pricing are communicated prior to service activation.


5. Service Delivery

Services are delivered digitally. Clients may receive:

  • Reports and performance updates
  • Strategy implementation and ongoing optimizations
  • Communication via email or scheduled calls

Results may vary depending on market conditions, competition, and other external factors.


6. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

  • Provide accurate business information
  • Maintain necessary access to digital assets (website, accounts, etc.)
  • Respond to requests required to execute services

Failure to provide required access or information may impact results.


7. Account Access & Handover

Upon cancellation:

  • Access to accounts will be transferred where applicable
  • Final reports may be provided upon request
  • Existing work will remain active until the end of the billing period
